Founded in 2019, Halo Roofing and Construction is a family owned company built on faith, integrity, and a commitment to excellence. What started as a vision from God has grown into a trusted roofing and construction business dedicated to serving homeowners and businesses with quality craftsmanship and honest service.

At the heart of Halo is Norman Davis, a St. Louis native with over a decade of experience in the roofing and construction industry. Growing up in an impoverished neighborhood, Norman started from the bottom and worked his way up learning the trade through hands-on training, mastering every aspect of roofing, and gaining deep knowledge of the business side. Along the way, God intervened in his life, bringing new purpose and birthing fresh dreams to make a lasting impact in St. Louis.

As a husband and father of four, Norman’s passion goes beyond building roofs he’s committed to building relationships and uplifting his community. He loves spending time with his family and believes that strong homes start with strong values. Today, he serves not only his customers with excellence, but also gives back through monthly outreach efforts, offering support and hope to those in need.
